Celebration of International Day of Yoga on 21 st June 2016

The International Day of Yoga 2016 was celebrated in Dr. B. R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical
College, Hospital and Research Centre, Nanak Pura, New Delhi on 21st June 2016 from 07.00
AM to 08.00 AM with 59 participants including staff members, students, one IPD patient and
two members of public under the guidance of Yoga Instructor Shri Ravi Sharma. The Yoga
session started with the Prarthna. Various Yogic Exercises were performed as per the
Common Yoga Protocol 2016 of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. The session
ended with the Sankalp. Yoga session was followed by refreshment with milk and bananas.
