Guest room floor, Las ete. ‘Oversight not evident during evening times: In general lack of proper supervision and over sight at night time. Evening and Nighttime working: Most Bintai night time working is related to deliveries with some exceptions, and this is not progressing the work effort. * Preparation of Work: On inspections it was noted that cables were not properly prepared and ready for inspection, cable were not correctly matked up with circuit detalls thus wasting time and prolonging inspection times, ‘© Failure to meet target dates: Commitments given at site meetings are repeatedly not met and programme drifts as a consequence. No sense of urgency from the team to mitigate lateness, and we as the Employer are expected to absorb the delays on a continual basis.
