Executive Officer Resignation
Estcio Participaes S.A. (Estcio or Company) - (BM&FBOVESPA: ESTC3;
OTCQX: ECPCY) hereby informs its shareholders, investor and the market in general
that today its Board of Directors has received a letter of resignation submitted by Mr.
Miguel Filisbino Pereira de Paula, resigning from the position of Executive Officer
(without portfolio) of the Company, to which he was elected by the Board of Directors
Meeting held on April 29, 2016.
The Board of Directors will make a decision about the vacant position at an opportune
time, pursuant to article 20 of the Companys Bylaws.
