Develop application for mentor as well

as mentee

Switching mentors each year will help
build a solid network
Mentors: could love an online forum or
communication tool i.e. connection
with other mentors, because if one
mentor cannot help their students
then perhaps another can
Membership: diversified by sport
program, also by year in school
