BUTTER CHICKEN

(A) Ingredients

Curd
1 Cup
Mirch powder
1tsf
Pepper
1tsf
Onion garlic paste
2 tsf
Garam masala
1 tsf
Kesuri methi
powder
1 tsf
Salt
According to taste
Tandoori Color

Marinate the chicken with all ingredients for 2-3 hours. Cook the
chicken only with marinated masalas, not water. Skewer the chicken on
stove.
For gravy
Butter 125gm
Cashew nut powder 100 gm
Tomato puree & tomato ketchup
Chilly sauce
Fresh cream
Heat the butter, not burn. Add cashew nut powder and cook for 5minutes. Add tomato puree and ketchup immediately. Add salt chilly
sauce (1 tsf), Kesuri methi powder, Tandoori Color ( tsf). Cook for 4minutes.
Add chicken pieces and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Add fresh cream and cook for 3-minutes.
Serve hot.
