Actual Findings
-Giving due to allowance to technical factors and differences shoes
no active parenchyma infiltrates.
-Heart is not enlarged.
-Diaphragm and costophrenicsulci are intact

Impression
Right Knee

-Normal chest.
-A steinmanns pins seen in place at the right distal femur.
-A complete transverse fracture of the middle third of the right
femur is noted with angulation of the fragments.
-The rest of the visualization is bone structures are intact.
-Soft tissue swelling is appreciated.
