French Boxing

The French boxing is the art of personal defense. We use the arms and the legs,
fists and feet to strike. One quite physically gifted can acquire in a few month
s sufficent means and knowledge to defend himself.
The course of French Boxing is divided into seven parts;

For the perfect understanding of all our exercises we thought it useful to draw
a figure composed of three parallel lines: a median composed on which spanned a
series of numbers 1 to 9, a right parallel and a left paralle D to G. -- PG 42
