. Don't eat oily food. (No fried chicken, no french fries & etc)
2. Don't eat spicy food. (No curry, tomyam, asam laksa, nasi lemak & etc)
3. Don't eat seafood (No Sotong, no Squid, no Crab, no Prawn, no Kerang, & etc.
EXCEPT fish).
4. Reduce eating sugary food.
5. Don't eat chocolate & cocoa products.
6. Don't eat/drink products which contains milk.
7. Don't eat peanuts.
8. Don't sleep later than 12 o'clock.
