RESEARCH: a study made in 2009 by The Agriculture and

Rural Development Ministry on the subject The analisys of


the romanian meat consumers` behavior shows that (page
17) the Sibiu Salami stands in the 4 most preferred meat
products list, with 33.1% of the respondentsdeclaring to
consume it frequently. In the next section (page 18), this
study indicates the Sibiu Salami as an example of loyalty
for a powerful label, well known for a long time.
