multi-candidate political action committees (PACs) may contribute $5,000 per (the primary and general are separate
elections). Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation
and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions from corporations, labor organizations treasury funds, foreign nationals and federal government
contractors are prohibited from making contributions to Higgins for Congress. Contributions are not tax deductible.
