The feedback from the supervising teacher is positive, but it also

highlights areas that I was able to improve on. This feedback allowed
me to create a better record keeping procedure which kept more
detailed information than just a yes / no checklist.

This section of the feedback gave me confidence in my planning and delivery

techniques. After I asked my supervising teacher to fill out this feedback form he
actually became more forthcoming with feedback and was able to guide my
progress through the remainder of my prac better.
