The Department of Anaesthesia, AIIMS, Jodhpur has taken a lead in this direction, as for the first time in the western Rajasthan, we are organizing “AIIMS Ultrasound Guided Regional Anaesthesia Workshop” in collaboration with AlIMS, Delhi on 19° March 2016. Various National Faculty of repute and expert in the subject will give lectures, discuss and demonstrate different nerve blocks on human volunteers. Thisis an opportunity particularly for the young budding anaesthesiologists tolearn, interact, discuss the subject with the experts and to do “Hands-On’ practice on cadavers /Phantom. On the second day (20" March) there will be presentations on ultrasound guided vascular access followed by demonstration on the human volunteers.
