Summative Assessment
Performance Task Create a short story with at least four mathematical ideas. The math problems
must contain the solution and must be a multiplication, division, or fraction problem.

Formative Assessment
Embedded Assessment Each group will exchange their short stores with another group. The groups
will then read the stories then they will calculate and check the solutions that are contained in the
stores. If solutions are incorrect the group will correct them.
