Respondents, "4.9.76 CRC Assembly Minutes" was prepared using Roberts Rules of Order,
Newly Revised, lLth Edition and Election Summary documents obtained through a Colorado
Open Records Request Act (CORA) to the El Paso County (Colorado) Clerk's Office that was
made by me. lt is attached as Exhibit A.
