Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent Grade of 'B'
in UGC Seven Point Scale.At least fifteen years of experience as Assistant
Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above or with 8 years of service in the
AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor alongwith
experience in educational administration or Comparable experience in a
research establishment and / or other institution of higher education or 15
years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an
equivalent post.
The tenure shall be for a period of three years which may be extended by
another term of three years or attainment of age of superannuation, whichever
is earlier.
Maximum age of the applicant shall not be more than 59 years on the last date
of filling of the application.
Application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST) for the post is to be deposited
in branches of HDFC Bank by taking a print out of the online E-Deposit Slip.

The application is to be submitted online by filling up the application form
available on the University website. All the fields in the application form are
mandatory to be filled up to ensure successful submission of the application.
However, a hard copy of the same through proper channel along with a copy of
the fee deposited slip, attested testimonial and the required documents
complete in all respect must reach to Registrar, IKGPTU through registered post,
UPC, Speed Post Mail only.
