a: Line Width: 4 pixel
b: Square distance: 2 times of eye distance
c: In the period of 10 seconds from preview start, show frame if face has been d

2. Reduce the delay time of AE stability from 7.5sec to 5 sec when Face is out o

3. Improve AE stability when light is turn on and off switch

Monitor VM331STI commands are in conflict with System KS

*** It's not our driver problem as below****
When testing DTM (Win8 9200), The BT get failure and
fail cause is BT device missing when Microsoft testing
program create file (BT). In order to prevent BT device
from getting this failure, we modify "VM331STI" procedure
not to enumerate camera device after resume.

to driver internal procedure is in disorder. we add a protection for it.

in 905 version, To add time stamp will cause " Webcam performance
system test " failure.

Remove " allocate memeory " solution because some of VGA
driver will casue abnormal image.The new solution is for any
resolution

Below issue is not driver problem and it is related to AP behavior
( in box driver also get proboem)
1. When Amcap's " set frame rate" to be 15fps for default and actully the frame
rate
is 30fps, The preview will be failed when extend pannel display. The dirver will
ingore 15fps
image data to display.
