What happen?
Jeanette and her husband Rick were enjoying a meal, when all of a sudden Jeanettes husband
fell to the floor. The nurse that happen to be in Julies eating, came running over started CPR on him right
away and she work like crazy on him.
Who was there?
Nurse Kristen West, Jeanette Stinson the wife, and her husband Rick, two deputies from the Erie
County Sheriffs Office, and Chris Collesano of Julies Pizzeria.
Why did it happen?
Jeanettes husband, whos 67, had heart surgery about 20 years ago but showed no signs of any
heart problems before the heart attack Jeanette says that her husband, had a pacemaker defibrillator
implanted before he left the hospital.
When did it happen? A month ago
Where did it happen? in Julies Pizzeria & Restaurant in Springville
