25-04-2008 for enhancement of Compounding fee for developments carried out prior to submission

Accordingly, the Authority in its Resolution No.109, dated: 25-04-2008 approved the i
proposal for enhancement of Compounding fee as detailed below, |

In the Government Orders first to seventh read above, Zoning
Regulations / Layout development rules/regulations to Urban Devélopment
Authorities (UDAs) in the state were issued, while approving the Master Plans
/ Zonal Development Plans.

necessary to consider the same and to make certain amendments to the
Zoning Regulations / Layaut Rules Issued in the G.Os. references first te

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter and in order to
encourage the Housing activity and construction industry In the State,
hereby issue the following orders, in partial modifications of the Layout
Rules / Zoning Regulations issued by the Government in respect cf all
Urban Development Authorities and Hyderabad Metropoliten
Development authority from time to time:
i. The area of Plots to be mortgaged for approval of layout is
reduced from the existing 25% to 15%
ti. The period for development of layout is increased from 1 year
to 3 years.ego
5, ‘These orders will come in to force with immediate effect. Other
Stipulations of Layout Rules / Zoning Regulations 2s approved by the
Government from time to time holds good,
6 The Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (s) of Sub-
section (2) of Section 326 read with Section 185 of Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh hereby make the following amendment relating to the
approval of layouts
AMENDMENT

Provision shall be substituted in place of Rule 9(1)

not be less than 120 square meters with a
minimum width of 10 meters in all areas of the

“The building and use of land shall conform to the conditions that may be imposed,
by the Authority while sanctioning the layout. The space set apart for commercial,
institutional, industrial or other uses shall be deemed to be zoned for commerci
