professional medical help arrives or becomes available

Any person who while performing a lawful act with due
care, causes injury by more accident without fault or
intention of causing it is exempt from criminal liability

o Never leave the patient unless the doctor, nurse or medical team
has arrived into the scene

o Do not divulge the details to other people
