Kate is a self starter with an extremely strong work ethic. She has been punctual and dependable from her first day here. Do to our lack of office space here at the Stadium she has had to share work space with my assistant and the two of them have worked on numerous things in tandem. She has adapted with to working with others as well as being able to perform individual project that | have given to her. She is bright and quick to learn and has a positive attitude which | believe will take her far in the events industry. She is constantly seeking for more responsibility and is not afraid to ask others to give her projects as well as myself. She has hhad to work on her own most of the time during this internship as | have been busy with several large events this summer. She has provided me with the support | needed for these events as well as taking on several smaller events such as Athletics camps and Campus deliveries to free up my workload so | can concentrate on my role with the large public events. Kate has been a tremendous asset to our department and | look forward to working with her for several more weeks to come. Section III: Performance Summary 20. It is difficult to simulate the event business in an outside environment. They only way to truly understand and learn is to jump in and get your feet wet which Kate has done.
