of the MATC Candidates Portfolio/Synthesis Paper

It is the MATC students responsibility to inform and confer with his/her advisor well in advance of his/her plans to
enroll in TE 870/872, undergo the Summative Review of his/her Portfolio/Synthesis Paper, and graduate. Doing
so will ensure that the student: will have completed all program requirements; all paperwork required for program
and portfolio completion and graduation can be submitted and processed in a timely manner on the students
behalf; and that the student can graduate on time.
APPLICATION DUE TO YOUR ADVISOR:
Early in the semester preceding the semester of the Summative Review or graduation OR
No later than the end of the first week of the semester in which you plan to complete your portfolio for the
Summative Review and/or to graduate
