Chinas expansion in the South China Sea just got smacked down by an

international tribunal,
The court said China has no historic title to the energy-rich waters through which
about a third of the worlds shipping trade passes every year no less than Six
countries claim the disputed sea as their own.
The Court found China violated international law when it interfered with the
Philippines fishing and oil exploration rights. It also damaged the ecosystem by
overfishing and creating seven (7) artificial islands.
China boycotted the hearings and rejected the findings, its a total complete victory
for the Philippines, the area is full of oil, natural gas, marine life and other
resources. Though the ruling is legally binding, no one can enforce it militarily
without escalating tensions.
