Job Description
Awal Bros Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in south Bekasi. I was placed in the
Emergency room who have specialized staff and equipment to manage patients with diseases,
trauma or life threatening complications, disaster or complications extant life expectancy.
As a nurse in emergency room, I must have skills in terms of:
1. Assessment, handover of patient, physical examination, review of examination
results, problem identification and mitigation setrategi.
2. Be good skills about algorithms basic life support and advanced life suppot.
3. Better communication between the members of the team and other health professions
in order to optimal care of the patient, also with the patient's family so that the family
knows the patient's progress and reduce anxiety.
