Qun l phm vi cng vic d n l phng php xc nh c tt c cc cng vic m i d n cn phi lm trong
d n, m bo rng nhng cng vic cn lm c vit ra l y v khng cn thm g na. ng thi, thc hin cc qu
trnh ny cn nhm m bo rng mi th thay i trong d n u c kim sot v cp nht. Nh d n thnh cng

Scope management plan - Qun l phm vi cng vic: bao gm cc qu trnh thc hin nhm m bo d n c y
cc cng vic cn thit, v ch bao gm cc cng vic ny d n hon thnh thnh cng.
Product scope - Phm vi sn phm: l nhng c tnh, c im v cc chc nng m t sn phm, dch v V d

Project scope - Phm vi d n: l tt c cc cng vic cn hon thnh to ra sn phm, dch v Phm vi d n i

Organizational Process Assets (OPA) - Ti sn qu trnh t chc: l nhng k hoch, chnh sch, quy trnh, cc c s
tri thc c th m t chc s dng cho nhng d n trc ca t chc. OPA c th bao gm nhng k hoch
hon thin, d liu v ri ro, v cc d liu v chi ph, danh sch thu ph Do , OPA l d liu u vo cho hu ht
cc qu trnh lp k hoch. Trong sut d n, cc thnh vin trong nhm d n c th cp nht v b sung vo OPA khi
cn thit. OPA c th c chia lm 2 loi: (1) cc quy trnh, th tc, v (2) kin thc, nn tng c bn ca t chc.
Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF) Yu t mi trng doanh nghip: L nhng iu kin tham kho bn
ngoi, khng thuc thm quyn ca nhm d n, m n nh hng, rng buc hoc chi phi d n. EEF cng l d liu
u vo cho hu ht cc qu trnh lp k hoch ca d n. EEF c th tng cng hoc hn ch nhng la chn ca d

K hoch qun l phm vi cng vic (ECB-PM-QT-03/BM-01): l bng m t cc cng vic cn lm lm r phm
vi cng vic vi ng vic theo k hoch v kim sot n. K hoch ny gip ta kim sot c ht cc cng vic cn
cho d n mt cch ng n t lc bt u n khi kt thc d n.
K hoch qun l yu cu cng vic (ECB-PM-QT-03/BM-02): L bng m t cch thc d n s lp k hoch, kim
tra v bo co lin quan n cc yu cu cng vic. Ti liu ny c s dng sp xp cc cng vic u tin v cc

lc Quy nh phn chia c cu cng vic v m cng vic ECB-PM-QT-03/PL-01), cp dng ca phn chia phm
vi cng vic ph thuc vo chnh sch thu ngoi ca cng ty v l kt qu u ra ca vic phn tch t lm hay thu
ngoi (make or buy analysis).

Ti khon kim sot Control Account (CA): l im qun l kim sot ti khon ni m phm vi cng vic, ngn
sch, chi ph thc t, tin c tp hp, so snh v phn tch nh gi hiu qu thc hin.

Kt qu u ra ca qu trnh to WBS l Phm vi c s - Scope Baseline
Phm vi c s l phin bn c chp thun ca Bng m t phm vi d n, ti liu WBS v t in WBS lin quan.
Phm vi c s ch c th thay i thng qua vic kim sot thay i theo quy trnh qun l s thay i, v c dng lm
c s so snh, i chiu. Cc thnh phn ca phm vi c s bao gm:

Bng m t phm vi d n (Project scope statement) : bng m t phm vi d n bao gm nhng m t v phm vi d
n, sn phm to tc chnh, cc gi nh v cc rng buc, hn ch lin quan.
S cu trc phn r cng vic (WBS) : mt cch phn r cc cng vic theo tng, hng kt qu u ra cng vic
d n do b phn lp k hoch d n lp ra thc hin cc mc tiu d n v a ra cc kt qu u ra yu cu. N xc
nh v t chc tng phm vi ca d n.
Danh sch gi cng vic ( Work package list) : gm tp hp cc gi cng vic l kt qu ca qu trnh phn r cng
vic, m gi cng vic
T in gi cng vic (WBS dictionary) : mt ti liu m t tng gi cng vic ca WBS, bao gm m t vn tt cng
vic, cc kt qu u ra cn t c, danh sch cc hot ng lin quan v danh sch cc ct mc hon thnh. Cc thng
tin khc bao gm: t chc chu trch nhim, ngy bt u v kt thc, ngun lc cn thit, c lng chi ph, m k ton,
thng tin hp ng, cc yu cu cht lng, tham kho k thut thc hin cng vic.
Vic phn chia c cu cng vic v cch t m WBS, Cp Gi cng vic (Work packages) c quy nh theo ph lc
quy nh phn chia c cu cng vic v m cng vic(ECB-PM-QT-03/PL-01). Hnh di l cu trc WBS tiu chun, ty
c th d n c th phn r theo chiu hng ph hp vi nhu cu hoch nh v qun l .

+ Qu trnh mua sm : qun l phm vi cng vic to ra kt qu u ra l Ti liu yu cu, Phm vi c s (scope
baseline) bao gm c cu phn chia cng vic d n thnh cc gi cng vic (work packages) v ti liu m t gi cng
vic ( t in cng vic) lm kt qu u vo cho qu trnh hoch nh mua sm, trn c s cc Ti liu yu cu gm yu
cu ca khch hng, yu cu ca cc bn lin quan, yu cu ca cng ty i d n tin hnh cc cng vic lin quan n
phn tch make or buy v xy dng k hoch mua sm v cc ti liu lin quan n mua sm .
+ Qu trnh qun l cht lng : qun l phm vi cng vic to ra kt qu u ra l Ti liu yu cu, Phm vi c s
(scope baseline) cung cp s m t cc yu cu v rng buc v mt sn phm v cc ngun vt t, vt liu, thit

2. Tch hp qun l phm vi trong cc cp hoch nh d n
Hoch nh tng th c thc hin trong giai on u ca d n v c xem xt cp nht theo mt tn sut quy nh,
hoch nh tng th c lp da trn cc yu cu u vo c nhn din, cc kch bn, d bo di hn v m hnh phn
tch tng th v d n, cc d liu lch s, bi hc kinh nghim ca cc d n tng t trong qu kh, hoch nh tng th
ng vai tr l mt nh hng, nguyn tc ch o tng th mang tm chin lc trong d n v l c s trin khai cc
cp hoch nh chi tit hn . L hoch nh thuc Level 2 trong cu trc phn chia cng vic tiu chun ( WBS). Vy nn
trong cp hoch nh ny cn cung cp cc kt qu u ra lin quan n qun l phm vi nh sau :

Hoch nh trung hn hay cn gi l hoch nh nhn trc (look-ahead planning), l hoch nh thuc Level 2 trong cu
trc phn chia cng vic tiu chun ( WBS), y l k hoch bc tch cc cng vic trong k hoch tng th, di hn ca
ton d n trong mt tm nhn nht nh, c cn c vo cc thng tin, yu cu ca d n c cp nht, c th v r rng
hn v mt k thut, mt bng thi cng, ngun lc u, s rng buc ca cng tc i trc vo v cc iu kin rng buc
khc cn tr tnh kh thi ca vic thc hin k hoch. Lin quan n phm vi d n, thng tin s c cp nht cho Phm vi
c s, b sung thng tin cho Bng m t phm vi cng vic, phn chia nh gi cng vic (nu cn), phn r r rng hn
WBS v b sung thng tin cho t in WBS do giai on u ca d n cha c cc thng tin cn thit
