Certified copy of CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION of company

Details of FIPB [Foreign Investment Promotion Board] clearance (if any)

Details of existing Telecom services license held by the company (if any)

Resolution of Board of Director /other proof - authorizing the person who will be the main signatory for all
statutory papers.
