SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the Menstrual Products

5 for Employees Act of 2016.

SEC. 2. MENSTRUAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS.

Section 6 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act

8 of 1970 (29 U.S.C. 655) is amended by adding at the end
