Reviewing the list of topics we have covered each day the three that stood out to
me as being the most meaningful were as follows:
1. Week 04 Lesson 6 Creator Language
The reason I chose this topic because learning this help me understand that I
can easily alter the way I think for the better. I learned that it is my attitude
that makes all the difference in how I approach improving my life and
improving my life as a college student.
2. Week 09 Lesson 16 Career exploration TypeFocus assessment
What I really liked about this topic was that I personally have been struggling
with the right career choice and this assignment and the resources that were
available to me through TypeFocus, really helped point me in the right
direction.
3. Week 12 Lesson 21 Disputing the Inner Critic
With this lesson and topic it really challenged me to "dispute my inner critic"
something that quite honestly has been plaguing me for quite some time. I
am generally my own worst critic but with this assignment and topic I learned
of several ways that I can dispute those feelings and thoughts. That helps me
as a student immensely whether I know I have an area to improve on, I am
beating myself up for nothing, or if it what it is, is something I need to fix, it is
all possible as long as I am willing to put in the effort. That alone is a
comforting thought.
On the first page of the course syllabus it lists specific learning outcomes that you as a student should be

explaining.
