REMARKS: William Pate
William Pate will welcome guests and overview the 3 tour locations and time
schedule. (5 min)
He will then introduce the representatives Jacob Rogers (Coca-Cola Guest
Relations Ambassador), Adam Ball (Fan Ambassador), Stacey Camp (Zoo
Keeper/Attendant) who will participate in Q&A session afterward and provide
information to the journalists and social media influencers. (15 minutes)
Finally, he will acknowledge key partners, sponsors, attendees and discuss
ACVBs purpose and goal to increase tourism in the Atlanta area. (10 minutes)

12:30 p.m.

Announce the tour will begin in 15 minutes. Tell visitors where to go to begin
tour. (Heather Kirksey)

12:45 p.m.

WORLD OF COKE TOUR BEGINS led by Jacob Rogers (Guest Relations

Ambassador). Heather Kirksey & Lindsey Watts be on hand to answer
journalist questions

1:45 p.m.

Announce next tour will begin at 2 p.m. Load buses (Heather Kirksey)

2 p.m.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME TOUR BEGINS led by Adam Ball (Fan
Ambassador). Heather Kirksey & Lindsey Watts be on hand to answer
journalist questions

3 p.m.

Announce the next tour will begin in 30 minutes and load buses (Heather
Kirksey)

3:30 p.m.

ATLANTA ZOO TOUR BEGINS led by Stacey Camp (Zoo Keeper/Attendant).

Heather Kirksey & Lindsey Watts be on hand to answer journalist questions

4:30 p.m.

Announce the events ending and that it is time to head back to the Georgia
Aquarium. Load buses (Heather Kirksey)
