Job description

Responsibility

Responsible for driving the sales team to achieve budgeted sales targets in terms of
volume, value, contribution margins and operating income
Responsible for preparing annual budget (RF 2) in line with business strategy and
based on inputs received from sales team and market intelligence
Responsible for developing and implementing work processes for smooth functioning
of the sales function
Ensure smooth working relationship with cross functional teams for generating desired
business outcomes
Responsible for integration of relevant in Pakistan
Responsible for the development of team members for meeting current job
requirement and groom their abilities for handling future responsibilities
Promote best practices among team members like View Point, Ethics & HSE etc
Responsible to comply company's ethics, HSE & PS policy by himself and within team
Abide by Company COC without any tolerance
