Tytana GenEd Quiz Bee Showdown Bronze

Qualifying Rounds

Good day!
We, the Tytana Student Council, will hold a two-part (Bronze
Age Qualifying Rounds and Silver and Golden Age Rounds),
two-category (Individual and Group), quiz bowl named Tytana
GenEd Quiz Bee Showdown that will test who among the
battlers have the true Titan resourcefulness, decision-making,
time management and most importantly, sportsmanship skills
this coming August 1-5, 2016 for the Qualifying Rounds and
August 10, 2016 for the Silver and Golden Age Rounds.
In line with this, may we ask for your assistance in picking the
program representatives for the Qualifying Rounds. Listed
below are the guidelines in picking the program representatives.
a. Each program should send minimum of seven (7) and
maximum of fifteen (15) representatives preferably from
different year levels, and sections, if any;
b. The representative should be currently enrolled in the
program;
c. The representatives should be willing and eager to join;

d. If the minimum number of representatives is not met,

the program head has the right to appoint to fulfill the
insufficiency of representatives;
e. The choice of the program head, as well as his/her
jurisdiction regarding the list of representatives is final
and irrevocable; and
f. A list together with the application forms of the
representatives (form to be provided by the council)
should be delivered to the Student Council office two
days before the start of qualifying rounds.
For more information, attached in this letter are the mechanics
and the scheduled dates of the qualifying rounds for different
programs. We are going to follow-up this matter to your office
regularly. We are hoping that this merits a favourable response
from you.
