Allison Bosma has been working as an intern in the Camp DeSoto kitchen in collaboration with the LEAP
Internship Program at Colorado State University. Thus far she has provided strong leadership of other
kitchen staff, prepared menus and meals for 300, collaborated well with The Farm at Windy Hill to
provide farm-fresh menu items, and communicated easily with the Camp Directors to coordinate the food
with the Camp program. Allison is focused and committed to her work. She has carried out all tasks with
diligence and drive, and so far we have been very pleased with her work for Camp DeSoto.
