    LIST OF DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR F-1.

    INITIAL STUDENTS:

    *The student can only come into the country one month before the program start date (I-20 Form)*
    Photocopy of passport with all stamps from every country that you have entered to and exited from.
    Photocopy of all dependent passports with all stamps from every country that they have entered and exited.

    If Married: Bring Marriage Certificate original-copy (translated to English). NOTORIZED


    Birth certificate of each child original-copy (translated to English). NOTORIZED
    A Financial statement that is informing UCEDA SCHOOL who is financially responsible for the students
    NOTORIZED
    Bank statement with a minimum balance of $12,000 for 1 year or $6,000 for 6 Months.

    Each dependent will need extra $3,000 for 1 year or $1,500 for 6 Months.
    TRANSFER IN:
    Completed UCEDA application (attached).
    Transfer student form (attached).
    I-20 Form
    Copy of I-94 card.
    Copy of identification and visa pages of valid passport.
    If Married: Bring Marriage Certificate original-copy (translated to English). *NOTORIZED*
    Birth certificate of each child original-copy (translated to English). *NOTORIZED

    NOTORIZED
    CHANGE OF STATUS:
    Valid I-94
    Photocopy of passport with all stamps from every country that you have entered to and exits from.
    Photocopy of all dependent passports with all stamps from every country that they have entered and exited, As well as
    valid I-94 from each one.
    If Married: Bring Marriage Certificate original copy (translated to English). NOTORIZED

    IMMIGRATION FEES:
    I-539 Immigration Form ($290)
    I-901 Online Immigration Form ($200) with credit or debit card.
