Nursing Objectives

I, the student nurse, will be able to complete at least one blood draw
on the first attempt before the end of the leadership clinical.

I, the student nurse, will be able to interpret eight out of every ten
meds I come across and know what they are and why they are being
used; without having to look them up during the leadership clinical.
(Cognitive)
I, the student nurse, will be able to insert an IV catheter into a patient
on the first attempt at least once by the end of the leadership clinical.
(Psychomotor)
I, the student nurse, will be able to teach a patient about medication,
assistive devices, or other medicine related subjects. While having
them understand and demonstrate back to me what I had taught, at
least once over the duration of the leadership clinical. (Affective)
