components .
Planning and budgeting of purchase functions involving cost estimation, contract
negotiations upto 30 MW.
Implementing systems to avoid situations like over stocking or out of stock which cause
production & financial losses.
Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.
Support to R&D in developing local in house components for packaged equipments in
power plant.

Evaluating vendors and negotiating the price, delivery, schedule terms and conditions .
Timely clearance of payments and handling vendor inquires and engineering
specifications.
Mantaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification
and documentation.
Implementing standard operating procedures with in ware house
Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to
stores.
