This document is a court filing summarizing a case from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. It indicates that Kevin Jerard Conard was convicted of a crime and his appointed attorney, Robert Alan Glickman, filed a motion to withdraw representation and an Anders brief, arguing there were no non-frivolous grounds for appeal. After reviewing the record, the court's panel of judges granted the motion to withdraw and affirmed both Conard's conviction and sentence, finding no issues of merit to argue on appeal.

Before CARNES, BARKETT and BLACK, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM: Robert Alan Glickman, appointed counsel for Kevin Jerard Conard, in this direct criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsels assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsels motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Conards conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
