Dados acrescentados recentemente e retirados de minhas leituras:


- 8 Super-foods para rejuvenescimento: Chlorela, Morela (Moringa Oleifera), Maca
(lepidium Meynii), Spirulina, Cacau (Theobroma cacao), Wheatgrass, Camu-Camu, e
Aa.
-Temperos Indianos para prevenir Cncer: Cominho, Assafro (turmeric), Gengibre,
Canela, Organo, Funcho.
- Antibiticos Naturais: Mel puro, Colloidal Silver( Colide de prata), Pascalite,
Turmeric (Curcuma), leo de Organo, leo de Tea Tree, Extrato de Folha de
Oliveira, Alho, Echinacea, Goldenseal.
- Fazer bochechos com meia colher de leo de coco pela manh em jejum por 5 - 10
minutos. Em dias frios, a gordura de coco fica slida, portanto temos que mastigar um o

Mudana De Hbitos Alimentares Que Funciona

Introduo

Muitas pessoas tm me abordado para saber o que fiz para perder peso, pois
perdi uns 6 quilos nos ltimos meses... Da que me tem sido solicitado que eu
escreva e envie aos interessados em que consiste tal programa de mudana de
hbitos alimentares. Compartilho ento este apanhado das minhas leituras e
experincias pessoais no assunto, enfatizando os pontos mais importantes. O
texto ainda requer mudanas, mas estou sem tempo para isso. Penso que coisa
boa deve ser dividida e no pode esperar...
VAMOS AO QUE INTERESSA:

Em que consiste o programa

1- Pela manh comer SOMENTE frutas ou sucos naturais (inclusive gua


de coco se for natural, sem ser de caixinha que contm acar e
conservantes)... a manh TODA... todo o tipo de fruta: banana, manga, uva,
ma, laranja, bergamota, mamo, melo, melancia, moranguinhos e
mirtilos so excelentes para os ossos na formao de
cartilagem, pra, abacate (pode ser usado tanto com frutas, como com
vegetais em saladas como fazem os Mexicanos), caqui, abacaxi, pssego,
ameixa, graviola... enfim, qualquer tipo de fruta sem exceo e na
quantidade que desejar... toda a manh.... Caso tenha comido bananas,
esperar uns 45 minutos antes da prxima refeio (digamos o almoo) sem
ingerir qualquer fruta para no misturar as mesmas com outro tipo de
alimento. Se no ingeriu bananas apenas 20- 30 minutos antes do almoo...
Este aspecto ser explicado mais adiante neste texto.

2- Nas outras refeies no comer pes, massas, doces, frituras,


gorduras hidrogenadas, produtos industrializados, adoantes e
refrigerantes.
3- Uma vez na semana comer tudo o que tem vontade, quebrando as regras
acima, mas em seguida voltar ao programa.

OBSERVAES:

- Comer arroz ( 1 colher ), feijo, saladas, vegetais crus/cozidos, carnes magras,


sopas de vegetais ou canjas, nozes, amndoas (Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011). Eu
evito de comer muita carne, principalmente na janta.
- Comer at se sentir saciado. No h tamanho de poro. Entretanto, no h que
exagerar principalmnet nos carboidratos.
- No ingerir doces ou mesmo frutas aps as refeies (Nico Molenaar)....Exceto
chocolate amargo, desde que no contenha leite e acar. Apresento mais abaixo
um delicioso Mousse de Chocolate adoado com stvia que pode ser usado
como sobremesa neste programa, no engorda e at ajuda a queimar gordura
(Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011).
- No tenho ingerido leite e seus derivados, por opo. Evito de comer carne,
principalmente na janta. Se comer carne que no seja carne gorda.
- Como Herman, meu marido, no pode ingerir qualquer tipo de gordura
porcausa da formao de placas nas artrias, triglicerdeos e colesterol altos no
sangue, aprendi a cozinhar sem gordura/leo. Por outro lado, coloco azeite de
oliva no meu prato de arroz, feijo, carnes, legumes, sopas, saladas,
etc...Tempero as minhas saladas com molho de soja, leo de oliva, vinagre
balsmico/limo, semente de gergelim torrada e algumas ervas... fica uma
delcia
O nmero de calorias no importante. Neste programa no se contam
calorias... Inclusive est provado que a maioria das pessoas no est ingerindo
calorias o suficiente, da que se sentem letrgicas, fracas e engordam (Isabel De
Los Rios 1, 2011).
- Devemos comer por prazer. Pores so especficas para cada pessoa. Umas
precisam comer mais carne (protena) para se sentirem saciadas, outras mais
arroz e feijo (carboidrato), pois cada um tem um tipo de metabolismo e
necessidades. Por outro lado, exageros sero sempre prejudiciais (Isabel De Los
Rios 1, 2011).
- O fundamental manter o nvel de acar no sangue (glicose) em torno de 90
mg/dl, que faz com que o organismo queime gordura naturalmente (glicose
normal 70-100 mg/dl). (Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011).
- O fgado precisa funcionar perfeitamente, da que comer alguma gordura ajuda.
Apenas as gorduras boas: MANTEIGA ( bvio que se a pessoa tem colesterol
alto deve evit-la), ovos inteiros, leo/gordura de cco, leo de oliva, abacate,
todos os tipos de nozes. (Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011)....
- H alimentos que ajudam a queimar gordura, pois aceleram o metabolismo: um
tipo de verdura com folhas verde escuras parecido com couve crespa (kale em
Ingls), vinagre de ma (apple cider vinegar), gengibre, canela, pimenta
malagueta, organo, chocolate amargo, grapefruit.
- O vinagre de ma considerado um dos melhores alimentos que auxiliam na
queima de gorduras. O vinagre de ma indicado o natural, comprado em
Lojas de Produtos Naturais, que um lquido turvo com uma borra no fundo da
garrafa, chamada "mother" do vinagre. Nesta linha de raciocnio, lembro de uma
Coreana que morava na mesma casa de estudantes que eu, a International House,
na UNSW-The University of New South Wales, Sydney enquanto estudei na
Austrlia. Esta moa sempre tomava uma colher de sopa de molho de soja e de
vinagre misturados num copo, aps o almoo e janta. Ela dizia que sua me
usava e era para no engordar. E ela no era gorda e comia muito bem...Tenho

lido que indicado que se tome 4 colheres de sopa de vinagre de ma aps o


almoo e a janta.
- Herman&eu costumamos tomar um clice de vinho tinto s refeies (almoo e
janta). Bem entendido, tomamos 1 clice de 120 ml. Isso no embriaga ningum
e nem intoxica o fgado. Inlcusive ajuda na digesto. O vinho tinto
principalmente, contm revesratrol que previne doenas cardacas e cncer.
- Os nicos adoantes aceitos so stvia e mel (em moderao) (Isabel De Los
Rios 1, 2011). L recentemente que at a stevia deveria ser evitada...
- Exercitar-se regularmente, sem excessos. Uma boa caminhada de 45 minutos/dia j o
suficiente.
- Herman prepara o chamado "Green Smoothie" de manh que uma vitamina em que
bate no liquidificador: frutas, vegetais crus tais como cenoura, brcoli, espinafre,
alface,
couve, salsa + linhaa e canela em p + cubos de gelo + gua... s vezes no gosto
muito do sabor quando se coloca mais vegetais do que frutas. Dizem que ameniza o
metabolismo da fructose para os que tm tendncia diabetes....Green Smoothie um
grande desintoxicador...
- Salsa e coentro ajudam a desintoxicar os rins. Pode-se adicionar ao Green Smothie,
bem como tomar ch de salsa em vez de gua. Deixar o ch em recipiente de vidro na
geladeira.
- Usar Sal Marinho que cheio de nutrientes. importante ingerir sal para que nossas
clulas funcionem (Iasabel De Los Rios 1, 2011).
- Sobremesa deliciosa que no engorda: Mousse de Chocolate (2-3 pores).
Ingredientes: 1/2 abacate maduro; 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga de amndoas, se no
tiver usar manteiga mesmo; 1/4 de xcara de leite de cco; 3 colheres de sopa de
chocolate em p sem accar; 1/2 colher de sopa de baunilha; 1 ou 2 pores/pacotinhos
de Stvia; 1 pitada de sal marinho. Bater tudo no liquidificador, servir em taas e deixar
na geladeira por 30 minutos. (Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011).
-H carboidratos e carboidratos... Uns engordam mais, outros menos...Ex: Trigo
engorda; enquanto arroz , quinoa, linhaa no engordam se comidos com moderao ( 1
colher/refeio exceto se estiver comendo somente frutas)...(Isabel De Los Rios 1,
2011)

RESUMO:
1- O que se PODE COMER:

Todos os tipos de frutas com o estmago vazio (preparo um grande recipiente


APENAS com salada de frutas e a como durante a manh e me sinto
completamente saciada; s vezes quando chego do trabalho noitinha antes da
janta e com o estmago vazio, como outra salada de frutas, espero 30- 45
minutos antes de jantar); nas outras refeies comer vegetais, arroz, feijo,
carnes magras ( bife, peixe, frango, porco, ovelha), quinoa, nozes, batata doce,
broto de feijo, linhaa.

Suco natural sem qualquer acar adicionado ajuda a queimar gordura, desde
que no seja misturado com outros alimentos que no sejam frutas.

Chs sem aucar obviamente.

Boa gordura que ajuda a perder gordura, pois faz o fgado e a vescula
funcionarem: MANTEIGA (Isabel de Los Rios 4), ovos inteiros, leo/gordura de
cco, leo de oliva, abacate, todos os tipos de nozes.

Alimentos que ajudam a queimar gordura: couve crespa, vinagre de ma

(apple cider vinegar), gengibre, canela, pimenta malagueta, organo, grapefruit


(Isabel De Los Rios 1, 2011).

2- O QUE NO SE DEVE COMER (se transformam em acar; so


nocivos ao nosso organismo, impedindo que se perca peso; causam
inflamaes internas crnicas provocando uma srie de doenas e dores no
corpo, tais como: enxaquecas, ataques de coluna, fibromialgia, Alzheimer,
asma, bursite, diabetes, placas nas artrias, colesterol, gastrites, artrites,

- Uma vez na semana comer TUDO o que tem vontade, o chamado "Cheat Day"

O PORQU de se comer SOMENTE FRUTAS PELA


MANH!!!!
Nico Molenaar explica que nosso corpo tem trs ciclos vitais bem definidos:

das 12:00 s 20:00- INGESTO (comer e digerir)

das 20:00 s 04:00 ASSIMILAO (absorver e usar)

das 04:00 s 12:00 - ELIMINAO (descartar)

Para os que lutam contra a balana, fica claro que devem dar especial
ateno ao ciclo da ELIMINAO (de 04:00 da manh ao MEIO-DIA). Se
melhorarmos este ciclo, o sucesso em perder peso praticamente garantido,
E O CORPO ESBELTO QUE EST DENTRO DE TODOS NS VAI
APARECER...Temos que entender que "na eliminao" significa livrar-se
de substncias nocivas e inteis que causam o peso excessivo de nosso corpo,
as toxinas. Esta a razo pela qual mais de 60% da populao americana
OBESA.
Da que temos que eliminar as toxinas que se acumulam em nosso corpo. A
maneira mais efetiva de eliminar tais toxinas ingerir alimentos ricos em gua.
Frutas tm o maior teor de gua dentre todos os alimentos. Frutas contm todas
as vitaminas, sais minerais, carboidratos, aminocidos e gordura que o corpo
necessita para sobreviver. A vitalidade das frutas maior do que qualquer outro
alimento. Frutas ingeridas corretamente possibilitam ao corpo eliminar as toxinas
acumuladas e este funcionar melhor do que nunca.
O ingrediente essencial para uma vida saudvel ENERGIA. Sabemos que
a digesto requer mais energia do que qualquer outra atividade fsica. Aqui
as frutas tm um papel essencial e significativo. A digesto de frutas requer
menos energia do que a digesto de qualquer outro alimento. Na realidade
quase nada. A razo disso que tudo que consumido pelo corpo humano
finalmente decomposto e transformado em glicose, fructose, glicerdeos,
aminocidos e gordura. O crebro no funciona sem glicose (acar).

O estmago o local onde mais energia usada. As frutas no so digeridas


no estmago, mas so digeridas ANTES de CHEGAR AO ESTMAGO.
Todas as
frutas (exceto bananas, tmaras e frutas secas que permanecem uns 45- 60
minutos no estmago) passam um pequeno perodo de tempo no estmago.

Frutas de um modo geral permanecem 20 a 30 minutos no estmago, como


se passassem por um funil. SO LITERALMENTE DECOMPOSTAS E
LIBERAM ENERGIA E NUTRIENTES NO INTESTINO.

A energia que economizada com o consumo de frutas, que no precisam


ser decompostas no estmago, considervel. Tal energia economizada
imediatamente utilizada para limpar o corpo das toxinas, O QUE FAZ
COM QUE PERCAMOS PESO...

Entretanto enfatizo, tudo isso S ACONTECE se as FRUTAS FOREM

minutos para ingerir outro alimento. o tempo que a fruta leva para deixar
o estmago. Algumas levam de 45 a 1 hora para passar pelo estmago, tais
como as bananas, tmaras e frutas secas.
A PRINCIPAL REGRA A SER SEGUIDA NESTE PROGRAMA do
momento que acordamos at a hora do almoo. NO COMA NADA ALM
de FRUTAS frescas e sucos naturais espremidos na hora. Coma o quanto
quiser. Se tiver fome coma mais fruta. Mastigue bem, assim no precisaro
ser digeridas no estmago. O intestino o local onde todos os nutrientes so

Baixar Colesterol

Deixar durante a noite uma berinjela pequena crua e fresca (no deve ter sido
colocada na geladeira) cortada em cubos pequenos em infuso em 1/2 litro de
gua natural filtrada (no deve ser gelada e deve estar em recipiente de vidro).
Pela manh coar esta mistura, colocar o lquido no liquidificador + sumo de um
limo recm espremido + 100 g de abbora crua e fresca (no deve ser
colocada na geladeira, da comprar em pequenas pores). Bater tudo muito bem
no liquidificador e tomar em jejum. Esperar 20 minutos para ingerir qualquer
outro alimento. Dizem que no se deve fazer tal tratamento por mais de 60 dias.
Eu segui este tratamento no vero de 2011, pois meu colesterol estava
beirando 200 mg/dl no check up de 2010, bem acima de meu normal que era
177 mg/dl, e baixou para 160 mg/dl nos exames de Maio. 2011...

- Lecitina de soja tambm ajuda a baixar colesterol. Comprava lecitina a granel,


e tomava uma colher de sobremesa aps o almoo. Dizem que ajuda a
emagrecer...

OBS: A berinjela drenada usada mais tarde como ingrediente em pratos


salgados. Enquanto bato no liquidificador a abbora com gua da berinjela e
limo, coloco a berinjela drenada numa frigideira em fogo brando para evaporar
o excesso de gua, e a uso mais tarde.
Variante do tratamento acima para desintoxicar o fgado: Tomar em jejum gua
pura + suco de 1 limo+ xarope de Mapple (usei melado de cana uma colher de
ch) + pimenta Cayenne (malagueta uma pitada). Bater tudo no liquidificar e
tomar em seguida (em jejum)...

Enquanto preparo a salada de frutas, coloco para
ferver (preferencialemente em recipiente de vidro
pirex) as cascas lavadas, sementes e caroos das
frutas que usei na mesma salada de fruta. Uso frutas

finas de gengibre + canela em pau + cravos da ndia
+ semente de funcho + alecrim ou outro ch de minha
preferncia (Camomila, Espinheira Santa, Funcho).

coador, e tomo morno, imediatamente. Ajuda a

queimar gordura. Normalmente tomo este ch

tomado antes de dormir...
OBS: no ingerir mais de 4 g de gengibre/dia.

So estes os princpios que tm norteado a minha mudana de hbitos alimentares.
Vejam que no uma dieta passageira, mas um estilo de vida. Na realidade segui muitas
das abordagens prescritas por Nico Molenaar e de Isabel De Los Rios (as referncias
acima apresentadas). Recebo as newsletters de Isabel, mas nunca comprei nada
oferecido em seu site (vdeos, livros).
Claro que 1 vez/semana me permito o prazer dos doces, chocolates, massas, churrasco
gordo, enfim os probidos. Entretanto, em seguida retorno aos meus bons hbitos. No
vou deixar de ir a uma festa para no quebrar minha dieta...No vou me sentir culpada
por isso...Isabel De Los Rios inclusive aconselha o chamado "Cheat Day" uma vez na
semana. Ou seja, uma vez na semana comer os proibidos que quiser o dia todo...e
retornar no dia seguinte, imediatamente ao programa.
Lembro que j fiz dietas rigorosssimas, onde meu organismo estava to carente de
acar e faminto que eu sonhava que comia AMBROSIA em PRATO FUNDO, me
arrependia no prprio sonho por ter quebrado a dieta...Quando acordava dava-me conta
que fora apenas um sonho/pesadelo... Era um alvio, mas eu continuava letrgica e com
MUITA fome... Agora no acontece nada disso...
Outro fator que na minha opinio contribui grandemente para nossa sade manter a
mente e corao livres de ressentimentos, mgoas, raivas, dios. sabido que tais

Keep a clean mouth. Brush your teeth and gums when you get up in
the morning, after meals and before you go to bed at night, and don't
forget to use floss to remove food particles that are lodged between
teeth. Even tiny particles can provide a food source for bacteria
