This present administration envisions a Lagsik na Dakbayan or a Vibrant City

of Butuan a city that promotes education to all the youth who are in need
of it.
Dear teachers, parents and school administrators, I am proud to inform you
that in this vision of Lagsik na Dakbayan, our Honorable City Mayor Engr.
Ronnie Vic Lagnada has a clear mandate to make education as a top
priority. That a Lagsik na Dakbayan can never be accomplished without
prioritizing education. We can only achieve real change leadership in its real
sense if we ensure the quality of education to our constituents.
Efforts like this are one with the mandate of our Honorable Mayor in
prioritizing education. At present, we are in the process of coming up with
strategies and actions to be taken to come up with a comprehensive
development agenda for the improvement of education. Rest assured, that
with the support of our teachers, administrators and officers of the DepEd,
we can be part of the vision of our Honorable Mayor for the Lagsik na
Dakbayan and a Lagsik nga Edukasyon para sa kabataunan diri sa Butuan.
May you continue to inspire our students and teachers, and may you
continue to support the efforts of the present administration for the
upliftment of the quality of education in our city.
