DESCRIPTION:
This document pretends to show how the Planta Ecolgica de Beneficio Animal Ro Fro
S.A.S. preventive maintenance program centered in reliability (RCM) was made. With the
implementation of this program the company intends to position in the regional market by
its commercial and competitive strengthening through the improvement of efficiency,
profitability and competitiveness of the production department.
The development of this project was divided into three phases. At first it was a recognition
of the enterprise, equipment and all production processes, at this stage was designed
organizational structure of the workplace in which all the equipment were coded and
developed C.V. formats and work orders. In the second phase we conducted a critical
analysis of the equipment and performed all the service and maintenance manuals of the
company assets. In the third phase were made RCM II informational formats and tables
spreadsheets based on the failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to critical
equipment in the production line and the training of maintenance and quality department
respect to program maintenance designed.
At the end of the maintenance plan development several deliveries to the company among
which are the coding and the memoirs maintenance of equipment, routine maintenance,
summary formats, work order formats and RCM II information tables were made.
