Automatic Juicer Machine-Introduction and requirement document

Automatic juicer machine is required for a local business in Multan under the name
Sabir Milk Shake established in 1973. Its founder is Mr. Sabir (late). The process of
juicing is manual as usual, but we need a machine which when input with the
required materials (like milk, sugar, salt, water, fruit pulp) in the respective
compartments can automatically (via app or computer signal) make juices on
demand. Some of the characteristics/requirements of the product are:

Able to make juices and shakes of the same fruit item.

Able to make juices/shakes without, light, and high sugar quantity.
Able to makes items without, normal, and high ice.
Able to deliver 700-800 glasses per day (shop normally remain open for 18
hours per day).
5- Able to utilize the quantity of every constituent effectively.
6- There are approximately 30 inclusive items (there are some other items as
well which are obtained by the mixture of any of the above items, like apple
+ banana, peach + plum etc.), and quantity of each constituent of each
fruit item may differ so the machine should be able to produce each item. It is
not necessary to have 30 juicers in the machine; same juicer can be used for
two or three items (for example the juicer for peach juice can be the same as
for plum, for making plum juice after the peach juice, it can be done after
washing the juicer)
7- Time for grinding the fruit item in the juicer differ a bit, for example dates and
almond shakes require more time for grinding than other items, so the
machine should wisely be programmed for this purpose.
8- There are two types of glass; one medium (400ml) and the other jumbo
(550ml). The juicer should be of such volume that it can make 5-7 medium
glasses of the corresponding item.
9- As we are living in Pakistan there are load sheading issues, so when
transferred to generator the machine must be able to restore its time of
grinding.
10-After some input is given for example if two strawberry shakes are ordered
then the juicer can be stopped during the operation (this is required when the
customer order some items, then immediately changes its order). In short the
operation of each juicer can be quitted during its working.
11-Machine must be able to deal with solid food items, because most of the
items are being stored in the freezers in small shoppers.
These are the major characteristics of the machine, but there can be some
other as well which I do not remember right now.
