Pre-Requisite conditions for PF withdrawal as per EPF Act 1952

In the case of submission of application for settlement under clause (s) of sub -paragraph (i) and in
clause (b) of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 69 of the EPF Scheme, 1952, the claim should be
submitted after two months from the date of leaving service provided the member continues to
remain unemployed in an establishment to which the Act applies .
What is the procedure to settle PF / Pension Account, if you are eligible for withdrawal as per
prerequisites?
1. Attached are the PF Withdrawal form(Form19) & EPS withdrawal form (Form 10C) (Please
update this with the links to the form)
2. Fill in the form as per the instructions given.
3. After you meet eligibility conditions asper the PF act 1952 as mentioned above, courier the
following documents to the following address:

1. Completed forms
2. Cancelled and signed cheque leaf (with your name printed) of your bank
account, in which you want your PF amount to be credited.
3. To furnish PAN number in Form 19 to avoid tax deduction at maximum tax rate
4. If tax payable on the total income is nil and when the premature withdrawal of
provident fund is above Rs 30,000/ -, you have to provide 15H / 15G. Kindly note
that Form 15 G is for individual assess and Form 15 H is senior citizen.
5. Form No 15G and 15H cannot be accepted by the department if the amount of
Withdrawal is more than the basic exemption limit. For the assessment year 2016-17,
basic exemption limit is Rs, 2,50,000/ - for Form 15G and Rs. 3,00,000 for Form 15H.
AEBC / AESIL PF vendor will process the forms for PF / EPS withdrawal and file the same with RPFC
within 60 Days of receipt, post which RPFC would process the application and transfer funds directly
into your Bank account.
