RE: 60 Second PSA What (Not Who) Are You Voting For
(Black fades in to title screen showing, Why do you think our generation is
hesitant to vote? Fades to shots of someone standing in front of Dupont
Circle)
Deanna Miller
They see the things that they read online and they see the things on TV but
its not substantial facts to create an opinion on how to change the issues.
Joyce Estrada
They feel the candidates are unreliable or they may be criticized for voicing
their opinions.
Paul Jamali
I dont necessarily think that our generation is hesitant to vote but they might
be hesitant to choose a side-party side-they might not know exactly whats
their platform stand for.
Chloe Cullen
Ive grown up in a very partisan environment where I feel that I cant have
conversations about issues or about right or wrong without it starting to
become a liberal vs conservative debate.
Rachel Doig
They feel like their vote isnt gonna change anything and they feel like its
not going to make a difference.
Jose Galvez Bustamante
I think our generation doesnt feel represented and they dont like the
candidates theyre proposing so they dont feel like voting.
(Cuts to title screen, What issues are you voting for? Quick cuts between
answers, 2-3 for each person, spread out)
