SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

For the cake:


Pre-heat oven 350F Prepare 2 pans lined with wax paper. Set aside.
3/4 cups
1 1/3 cups
1 tsp.
1/2 tsp.

cup sifted cocoa


cup milk
Vanilla
Brown food color

Mix all together. Then add,

1 cup

melted butter (Gold unsalted)


whole eggs
cake flour
Baking powder
Baking soda
Sugar
Mayonaise

Beat all ingredients in one bowl at medium or high speed of the mixer for 5 minutes. Strain
the mixture to avoid lumps then, an 8 x 12 pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in canter comes out clean. Cool completely.
FOR FILLING:

Egg yolk
Corn starch
Condensed milk
Fresh milk
Butter (Buttercup)
Vanilla

Cook in a double boiler with continuous stirring.

FROSTING
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon corn-starch
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
tsp. baking soda
2 tablespoon oil
Cook over a double boiler until creamy. Spread on while hot.
