INSTRUCTION

SUDA ALKALNTE TEST KT ( 1 damla = 50 ppm )

1 - Test tp, test edilecek su ile birka kere alkalanr. 5 ml. lik enjektr ile 5 ml test
edilecek sudan konur.
2 - zerine 3 damla FF (Fenol Ftalein) ndikatr damlatlr. Renk pembe olursa kuvvetli
bazik maddeler (karbonatlar, hidroksitler) var demektir. zelti renksiz kalrsa kuvvetli
bazik maddeler yok demektir. Sadece bikarbonatlar var demektir. leme 4.
maddeden balanr.
3 - zerine, pembe renk gidene kadar damla damla Alkalinite Titrasyon zeltisi ilave
edin. Pembe renk kaybolunca titrasyon bitmi demektir.
1 damla Titrasyon z. = 50 ppm P Alkalinitesi
4 - Ayn numune zerine 3 damla MR ( Metil Red) ndikatrnden damlatn. Renk yeil
olur.
5 - zerine, renk yeilden gri krmzya dnene kadar damla damla n/10 HCl titrasyon
zeltisi ilave edilir. Toplam Alkalinite tayin edilecekse Damla says yukardaki sayya ilave
edilir. Yani Fenol Alkalinite iin 6 damla sayldysa, Toplam alkaliniteye geideki ilk damla
7. damladr ayet M alkalinite (Bikarbonatlar) tayin edilecekse bu M Alkalinite iin
birinci damladr.
Toplam alkalinite = P alkalinite + M alkalinite.

SUDA KLORR TEST KT ( 1 damla = 30 mg/l (ppm))

1 Test tp, test edilecek su ile birka kere alkalanr.
2 Test tpnn 5 ml. iaret izgisine kadar enjektr vastas ile test edilecek su
doldurulur.
3 damla Klorr ndikatr zeltisi damlatlr, renk sar olur.
4 Renk kiremit rengine dnene kadar damla damla ve damlalar sayarak ayarl Gm
Nitrat zeltisi damlatlr. Her damla 30 ppm klorre tekabl eder.
5 Renk kiremit rengine dnnce; Damla says x 30 = mg/l ( ppm) klorrdr(Cl)
FOSFAT TEST KT ( Duyarlk 0,5 30 mg/l (ppm) PO43)

1 Test tp, test edilecek su ile birka kere alkalanr.

2 Test tp, 5 ml. iaretli izgiye kadar test edilecek su ile doldurulur.
3 PO4 1 Reaktifinden 2 damla damlatp 10 saniye alkalanr. Daha sonra 2 damla
PO4 2 Reaktifinden damlatlr.
4 Test tpnn kapa kapatlr ve iyice alkalanr.
5 1- 2 dakikada beliren renk renk eeli ile karlatrlr. En yakn renk mg/l olarak sudaki
ortofosfat deerini verir. Renk karlatrmas 5 dakika iinde yaplmaldr.
UYARI: Reaktifler zehirli olabilir. Deneyden sonra ellerinizi bol su ile ykaynz.

ALKALINITY TEST KIT FOR WATER ( 1 drop = 50 ppm )

1 - Rinse the test tube with the water to be tested and fill to the 5 ml. mark using injector.
2 - Add 3 drops P (FF) Indicator solution and shake. The solution must turn pink ,
otherwise determine M value on step 4 th.
3 - Add alkalinity Titration Solution drop by drop till the pink color turns to colorless.
Titration is complited when it turns to colorless.Reported P alkalinity as total drops of
titration solutions.
1 drop Titrasyon Sol. = 50 ppm Phenol (P) Alkalinity
4 - Add 3 drops MR Indicator solution to the same test vessel. The solution must turns
green.
5 - Add Titration Solution drop by drop till it turns green to .grey-red count the titration
solutions drops while the test solutions color changes green to grey-red color. Reported M
Alkalinity as total drops of these steps.
1 drop Titrasyon Sol. = 50 ppm M Alkalinity
Total Alkalinity = P alkalinity + M alkalinity

P=0 ise alkalinite bikarbonatlardan ileri gelir. ( alkalinity caused by bicarbonates)

P = M ise alkalinite kuvvetli bazik maddelerden ileri gelir (alkalinity caused by hydroxides)
CHLORIDE TEST KIT FOR WATER ( 1 drop = 30 mg/l (ppm))
1 - Rinse the test tube with the water to be tested and fiil it using 5 ml. mark injector.
2 - Add 3 drops Chloride Indicator Solution and color change to yellow
3 - Add drop by drop Silver Nitrate Solution until color change to reddish brown.
4 - Total drops of titration solution x 30 = Concentration on chloride (cl) in mg/l(ppm)
PHOSPHATE TEST KIT FOR (Sensitivity 0,5 30 mg/l(ppm) PO43 )
1 - Rinse the test tube with the water to be tested and fill to the 5 ml mark.
2 - Add 2 drops PO4 1 Reagent and swirl the test tube 10 second gently, than add 2
drops PO4 2 Reagent and swirl 30 seconds gently
3 - Compare the blue color to color reference color chart to determine concentration of
orthophosphate in mg/l ( ppm)
4 - Color comparation must be complited with in 5 minutes.

Uyar ( Precautions ) :
1 - Reaktifler zehirli madde ierebilir. Deneyden sonra ellerinizi bol su ile ykaynz.
( Reagents might be include poisonius matter.Be carefull and wash your hands with clean
water several times ).
2 Deney artklarn evreye dkmeyiniz. Test kitlerini akta ve ocuklarn ulaabilecekleri
yerlerde brakmaynz. ( Do not dispose test solutions in test vessel to the
environment after tests. Keep all test kits out of reach of children ).
