Spicy Ahi Tuna Wrap

Flour Tortilla Wrap 12 inch

Tuna, seared to rare, chilled and sliced into 16 slices

Spring Mix

2 oz.

Pico de Gallo, drained

Cup

Cucumber, small diced

Cup

Red Pepper, small diced

Cup

Sweet Chili Sauce

2 oz.

Wasabi Mayonnaise

2 oz.

Crispy Wontons

Process
Step 1

Using a small mixing bowl, add spring mix, Pico de Gallo, cucumbers, red pepper,
sweet chili sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Mix well and place mixture in the lower
half of the tortilla. Place crispy wontons evenly on the salad mix. Add the sliced tuna
on top evenly on the wontons. Roll tightly and cut in half on the diagonal, use a tooth
pick to hold together. Use any extra sauce for dipping.
