1. Under What conditions does art flourish in a civilization? Or decline?

2. Is it Important to know why artists created works?

-Yes, because it tells about their expressions, feelings and ideas that they want to
express it through art works.
3. Who can be considered an artist? Why?
-Anyone/Everyone. Because anyone can draw and can expresses their expression.
But there is a person who really falling in love in making art works and they are
considering famous painters or artist.

4. Do you think art should be censored? Compare it to other events of censoring for the
public good?

a specific artist who created a work for the purpose of emphasizing, either positively
or negatively something the public needed to consider.
