Sociological Imagination Perspective

Reflection
This assignment taught me a lot about people
and society. How are actions are formed by others
around us as well as our actions and how they effect
others. There are three perspectives I learned about
and the one is liked the most was the interactionist
perspective.
Since we all interact daily with either family
friends or coworkers, we all have a reaction to others
actions. It is all based on our social behavior. We tend
to act differently towards each person depending on
their authorize or the power they have. I know I
myself do this all the time. I tend to act differently
with my in-laws then I do my own parents. And I act
differently with the law authorities then I do my
friends.
We as people are a society that as created as a
whole. We have communities, societies, groups,
gangs etc. We are all brought together on a daily

basis and communicate all the time. Everyone has a

different place on the ladder. With have some to have
more power then others. I know I learned a little more
on how to act towards each person and how my
actions are influenced by others around me and how
they see me as a person.
