REQUEST FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAE
AD TESTIFICANDUM
The HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, through its PROSECUTORS, respectfully
requests for the issuance of subpoenae ad testificandum requiring Atty.
Enriquetta E. Vidal (Vidal) with office address at: Supreme Court of the

Philippines, Padre Faura Street, Manila, to personally appear before the

Impeachment Court on February 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. or on such date and time
as may be determined by the Honorable Impeachment Tribunal at the Senate
Secretary, Senate of the Philippines, Pasay City.

Vidal is to testify regarding her personal knowledge of the:

1) Application for leave made by Chief Justice Corona for the month of
November;

2) Speedy processing of the Petitions of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in GR No.

199034 and Juan Miguel Arroyo in GR No, 199046;

3) Extension of working hours of the Supreme Court on 15 November 2011
to allow GMA to escape;

4) Suppression of dissent of Justice Sereno;

5) Misleading the public;

6) Release of the resolutions of the Supreme Court to the parties in GR No,

199034 and 199046;
7) Identify and authenticate documents to be presented; and

8) Allegations contained in the Verified Complaint, and other pleadings

filed by complainants, and other matters relevant to the instant case,
