Danica: I heard you guys are PROs in Xavier University, can you
enlighten us what a PRO is?
Crystal: A PRO stands for Personal Relations Officer, we attend to the
needs of the other students, especially the lower years.
Isay: Well isnt that wonderful? Helping others can go a long way.
Danica: It is the foundation of success as we know it.
Isay: Ive heard that Ateneans practice the Ignatian Values and one of
this is the Cura Personalis, what is Cura Personalis for you? Maria?
Maria: Cura Personalis means personal care, we Ateneans are known
for our outreach programs such as sending help to typhoon victims.
Danica: Like what happened to Sendong? And Yolanda?
Flordeliza: Exactly! We are always one step ahead in helping others, we
do what we can to immediately aid our fellow countrymen.
Isay: Well that is one value everyone should observe (laughs)
Danica: Youre right Isay, but how does cura personalis apply in your
position? As a PRO?
Maria: Our job surrounds taking care of the lower years like sending
messages about announcements and future events.
Crystal: Basically, we just attend to their needs and queries.
Isay and Danica (nods in agreement)

Danica: I think its time to ask the audience if they have questions.

K: As a student leader, what do you think Gods purpose is for you?

Flor: Patience.
Isay: Patience? Why Patience?
Flor: Ive never been patient before and in order to deal with others,
patience is really needed and tested but a test is only a test if you put
your heart and soul into it.
Krisha: Thank you. (Sits down)

Let: How does Gods teaching guide you while youre in this position?

Crystal: Well truth be told, other PROs use their power over others.
And we never use ours to command others because in order to lead,
we help.
