Charles Jefferson appeals from his conviction after a jury trial before Judge
Skretny. Jefferson was convicted of one count of conspiring to manufacture and
distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)
(A), and 846. Jefferson argues that the district court abused its discretion in
refusing to instruct the jury regarding his defense of derivative entrapment. We
disagree and affirm.
